Retail & E-commerce

Your AI Operation Partner. From checkout to repeat purchase.

Turn unfinished checkouts, order questions and inactive customers into clear next steps. As your AI Operation Partner, TeleAI combines AI Call, SMS, WhatsApp and professional operations to understand purchase barriers, confirm COD orders, coordinate delivery follow-up and bring customers back—with actual order results guiding each improvement.

BUILT AROUND YOUR OPERATION

Keep the customer journey moving beyond the next call.

A customer who paused at checkout needs a different conversation from someone waiting for a delivery. We organize contact around the order stage, the customer’s question and the team that can resolve it.

  1. Purchase conversion

    Understand what stopped the purchase.

Follow up on eligible unfinished checkouts. AI Call identifies questions about shipping, product details or payment steps; agreed SMS or WhatsApp follow-up shares useful information and a checkout link. Pricing or policy questions go to the responsible team.

    For the next step
The purchase barrier, requested help and agreed follow-up—not a presumed sale.
  2. Order fulfillment

Confirm intent. Give delivery teams the context.

For COD orders, confirm receipt intent and customer-provided details before dispatch. For delivery exceptions, capture missing address information or a preferred contact time, then pass the request with its order reference to fulfillment.

    For the next step
Confirmed intent and clearly assigned exceptions, with delivery changes still awaiting fulfillment confirmation.
  3. Retention & repeat purchase

Make the next contact relevant to the next purchase.

Use available purchase history to select repeat-purchase and inactive-customer groups. Understand changed needs or unresolved experiences, share approved offers where relevant and hand service issues to support before the next sales contact.

    For the next step
Current purchase interest, service needs and contact preferences, followed by verified repeat orders.

FROM CONTACT TO FOLLOW-UP

A confirmed order intention. A delivery request to follow through.

Before a COD order ships, AI calls to check receipt intent. The customer wants the order but asks about a different delivery day.

Illustrative workflow

AI calls a COD customer before dispatch · Opens by checking order and receipt intent

Customer response

“Yes, I still want it. Can it come on Saturday?”

Context for your team

Receipt intent
Customer still wants the order.
Requested delivery day
Saturday; availability not yet confirmed.
Next owner
Fulfillment team, with the order reference.

Next action

Ask fulfillment to check the requested day. Once confirmed by the responsible team, share the agreed arrangement by SMS or WhatsApp and verify the final delivery outcome.

Follow-up paths

Ready to receive

Record intent and relevant details for the approved fulfillment process.

Needs a change

Assign address or timing requests to fulfillment and communicate only confirmed arrangements.

No longer wants the order

Capture the reason and route the cancellation request through the customer’s order policy.

YOUR AI OPERATION PARTNER

An operating partner for the work around every conversation.

TeleAI works with your commerce, service and fulfillment teams to turn a customer-contact program into a repeatable operation. We help plan, implement, execute and improve it—not simply supply a calling tool.

Define the audience and next action.

Use available checkout, order and purchase records to agree segments, exclusions, contact permission, timing and frequency. Define the desired next action and the team responsible before launch.

Prepare, test and run the follow-up.

Validate product information, conversation examples, result fields and escalation rules together. Run AI Call and agreed SMS/WhatsApp follow-up; pass unresolved questions with context to service or fulfillment.

Improve with actual order outcomes.

Review conversations, handoff completion and paid or delivered orders in the agreed reporting window. Use recurring objections, delivery exceptions and repeat-purchase feedback to adjust segments, messages and contact timing.

BUSINESS PROGRESS

Measure what happened after the customer replied.

Agree the eligible audience, denominator, baseline and observation window before a pilot. Distinguish contact results from completed purchases, deliveries and repeat orders; compare equivalent groups where possible.

Completed purchases

Orders completed after checkout follow-up, verified against order and payment records—not checkout links sent.

COD delivery outcomes

Actual deliveries, failed attempts and refusals for the agreed COD cohort, using fulfillment records.

Exceptions resolved

Address, timing and service requests accepted and completed by the responsible team, including unresolved items.

Verified repeat purchase

Returning customers and repeat orders in the agreed window, checked against transaction records rather than expressed interest.

Before your e-commerce pilot

Is this only for cash-on-delivery markets?

No. COD confirmation applies where that payment method is used. Checkout follow-up, delivery questions, reactivation and repeat-purchase operations can also support prepaid journeys, with audiences and objectives agreed separately.

Who can receive checkout or reactivation follow-up?

We start with the contact permissions, customer records and policies your team has confirmed. Agree eligible groups, timing, frequency and stop-contact handling before a pilot; do not treat every abandoned checkout as permission to call.

Can AI change an order, take payment or issue a refund?

Not by default. Conversations capture intent and requests. Order changes, payment, refunds and stock decisions remain in your authorized workflows and systems. Any integration or permitted action is scoped and validated separately.

What do we need to start and measure a pilot?

Choose one journey and share the agreed customer or order fields, approved product information, handoff owner and available outcome records. TeleAI helps validate the contact plan and review actual results. Specific system access and integrations are confirmed before launch.

Choose the next step your customers are missing.

Bring an unfinished checkout, a COD delivery challenge or a repeat-purchase goal. We will shape the audience, conversations, follow-up ownership and measures with your team.
